Our beds are prepared standardly with anti-allergy - bed linen. If you want down filled pillows and quilts, please let us know. Please also take note of our pillow menu.
Your room is available at 3 pm on your arrival day. Personal check-in is possible until 10 p.m. In the event of a later arrival, we will leave your room key in our key safe, directly at the main entrance of our house. Please inform us in that case by telephone to receive the relevant PIN and further explanations.

If you would like to have an aperitif before dinner or have a cocktail, wine or beer later in the evening, our restaurant bar and our “living room” (see living room) is available until 23.30h. Subject to change due season and/or capacity reasons.
In case a bath or shower seat is needed, just inform our hotel reception. They also keep available an toilet seat raiser and a small stepladder.

Located on level K, directly in front of our hotel reception inside of our cafeteria.
You can place your own bicycles in our bicycle cellar. This is located in our ground level cellar, on the right side of our hotel and can be locked with your room key. The cellar is completely locked from 22.00 until 06.30 h. In your own interest, we recommend you to lock your bicycles also in the bicycle cellar. Rental bicycles (mountain bikes and city bicycles) are available at the hotel reception (1 day EUR 10,00, 1⁄2 day EUR 7,00, children EUR 5,00).

Our breakfast buffet is open from 06.45 to 10.15h. We ask for your consideration not take meals out of the restaurant. We will be happy to prepare a lunch package for a long trip or for your journey home (see lunch pack).
Bus and train (to Munich) schedules are available at the hotel reception. Information about further connections can be found here as well. By the way, many buses and trains between Oberammergau and Murnau and also Uffing – Garmisch-Partenkirchen can be used free of charge with your guest card.

Depending on the length of your stay, but at the earliest after 5 nights, a change of bed linen is possible.For sustainability reasons, please let us know if this is desired by you. In case you wish for an earlier change, it’s possible for a fee.
On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to leave your room until 10.00 am. If you have a booking for a later treatment, you may stay in your room as long as necessary with prior agreement with our hotel reception. If you want to leave our house before 07.00h, we kindly ask you to settle your hotel bill on the evening before. Do not forget to leave your room key and guest cards. Thank you!
We’re happy to organize chemical and dry cleaning of your suits and dresses (delivery before 9 a.m.). Because the cleaning will be done by an external non-local company, we kindly ask for your understanding that the return is only possible upon request. Cleaning isn’t possible on weekends.
Our children's playroom is located on level K, close to our hotel reception. It is open from 06.30 to 22.00h. You will find an additional outdoor playground in front of our hotel. Colouring books and pencils can be borrowed at the hotel reception and playroom. Please do not leave your children without supervision and be careful not to leave too much "chaos". Thank you!

A large Cinema-center is located in Garmisch-Partenkirchen. Our reception staff will kindly provide you with information about the current program.

Our half-board dinner (buffet or menu) will be served from 18.00 to 20.30h, à la carte until 21.00h -order acceptance until 20.30h and a set table booking necessary. We kindly ask our half board guests to visit our restaurant on the day of arrival between 14.30 and 17.00h. There we will show you your table for breakfast and dinner, which we reserved for your entire stay along with further information’s.
You will be informed about emergency service on weekends or public holidays by our hotel receptionists. For small injuries and blisters our front desk keep first-aid kit available.
We ask you to come for dinner in reasonable Clothing, no swimming trunks or jogging suits.

Please use our house own emergency number only in case of real emergencies and only in the period from 23.30 until 6.00 h, so only during the time when no staff is in the house. An escape plan is located on the inside of your room door
You can charge your electric car directly in front of our hotel, at one of our two charging points, via app or web browser and credit card. Please also report the parking or charging process at our hotel reception. We ask for your understanding that if parking space is required, usually in the evening, we also allocate the corresponding space to non-electric cars. You can charge your e-bike free of charge in our bike cellar. (see bicycles)

Your room key unlocks the door to your room and our side entrances (30 meters to the right of our main entrance and on the back of our house, to the left and right of the kitchen.
Our house is a certified participant in the Bavarian Environment and Climate Pact, but is also dependent on your commitment and understanding for the successful implementation of our environmental concept. Only with your help can both the amount of waste and the consumption of water and energy be permanently reduced. Thank you for your help!
In case you will leave our house before 07.00h, or keep away waiting time, you can settle your hotel bill during your stay at our reception desk. So you just need to leave your room key and guest cards.

You can order flowers for every occasion at the hotel reception. You will find our “living room” -open the hold day- on level K, close to our hotel reception. Our restaurant staff will serve you an Coffee, tea beer, wine, aperitif before dinner, and of course cocktail’s and non-alcoholic drinks. Please understand that it’s not allowed to take your own food and beverage with you..
If you need help, please let us know. We will be pleased to help you. If you have to check out later, but need to get out of your room earlier, please note that you can store your luggage at the hotel reception.
We will be happy to prepare a lunch package for your long day of excursion or journey home. For this we charge EUR 10.00 per lunch package. Our hotel reception or our service staff will need your order a day before.

Located about 600m (walking directly along the “Ammer”) away from our hotel. We will be happy to transport your luggage. Please discuss this with our hotel reception. Also, in case a taxi is needed, our hotel reception is happy to help.
A mail box is located directly at our hotel reception. This will be emptied from Monday to Saturday between 09.00 and 09.30 h. Our hotel reception staff also takes your letters and postcards to the post office.

We have our range of daily newspapers and magazines available to you digitally. If you are connected to our WiFi network, simply scan the published QR code. The offer opens automatically.
From 10:30 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. the main entrance is closed and can only be used as an exit. If you leave our house in the evening, please take your room key with you. This opens the side entrances, 30m to the right of our main entrance and at the back of our house, left and right of the kitchen.

You can find in front of and behind our house. For optical reasons, we have omitted a marking. We therefore ask you to park as if there was a mark. If the cost-free parking spaces are occupied, please contact our hotel reception regarding alternative parking options which have limited parking times or a fee.
You can settle your hotel bill on the day of departure, but also during your stay. It is possible to pay in cash or Maestro-Card or credit card.
Only allowed in certain rooms but not in our restaurant. We charge a fee of EUR 10.00 per pet per day. The holder is liable for any damages and/or increased cleaning costs. A corresponding legally binding declaration is to be signed upon arrival.

Radio transmitters are installed on our TVs corresponding channels can be selected via remote control (from channel 70). You will find a list of the channels by pressing the INFO button on your remote control.
These are required according to Bavarian reporting law and must be filled out upon arrival. Please note that the local city tax is EUR 2,50 per person and day. The tax is not included in the room rate and is payable in the hotel.

You can keep your valuables in your room safe. The keys, only for our mechanical safes, you can get for a deposit of EUR 3.00 at the hotel reception. Please note the point liability.
In case you will need sanitary products additional to the products we keep available in your room, you can buy at our reception desk, disposable-razors, toothbrush and paste, body cream and deep hair shampoo.
The sauna and steam bath is located by our swimming pool and wellness area (level K) and is open during swimming pool opening hours. The sauna can be heated as a Finnish or bio sauna. To use the sauna or steam bath, please contact the hotel reception about 30 minutes before using it to make sure it’s heated.
A second key for your room is available on request at our hotel reception.

At our reception desk you can rent free of charge sleighs, hiking sticks, badminton – sets, ping pong sets, boccia balls, foot- and volley balls. Also with a fee, bicycles and snow shoes.
A squash court is located about 200 m away from our hotel. We will gladly help you to make a reservation.

Our swimming pool has a water temperature of approx. 28° C and is open daily from 06.30 until 22.00 h.

You get them at the hotel reception. For our towels we take a deposit of EUR 10,00 per piece and for a bathrobe EUR 15,00. We will charge it to your room account. The deposit will be canceled upon return. Towels can be changed at reception during the stay. or to keep this simple, place them on the bathroom floor of your room and our housekeeping will replace them during the daily room cleaning.
